Dale Scovil, an Intermec-certified technician, has joined Winco ID’s service team. Dale brings with him 21 years of experience with Intermec’s broad range of products, plus solid customer service skills.
Dale’s customer-focused attitude has helped him forge long-lasting bonds with his customers from Intermec, and then at TEMA Solutions. “When you have a good relationship with your customers, you build trust”, says Dale. Going beyond repair and service, Dale helps customers create the effective labeling they need to keep their business running smoothly.
“What I enjoy most” Dale says, “is helping customers implement new applications as products evolve”. For example, when area ski resorts were looking to add wireless features to their networks, Dale was there to help them out, surveying the scope of the project to access product needs. He has done work with resorts such as Killington Ski Resort in Vermont, among others.
Dale says he is looking forward to learning about Winco ID’s product offerings, and working with Winco ID customers.
