Noah is an 8-month old golden retriever pup who comes to work with Gladys at Winco ID Customer Service following what could have been a tragic accident. His bravery along with the commitment of caring, dedicated people are helping Noah through his recovery.
In November, Noah was playing with his toy ball when he landed wrong and broke two bones in his hind leg. After immediate surgery under the care of Dr. Massat of Animal Medical Center in Nashua, Noah was placed on 8 weeks of bed rest with therapy. Not so easy for such a young, active pup!
Noah is 4 weeks into his recovery. He comes to work with Gladys to ensure he remains as calm as possible and has company. There is plenty of attention around as all of us at Winco ID just love stopping by to say hi to Noah. You just can’t help but be inspired by him. At home, Gladys, Wendell and his canine buddy, Logan, take good care of him.
Noah goes to therapy at “Sendaishi Pet Resort.” His regime consists of ultra sound, heat message, walking on a treadmill in a pool, agility poles and tunneling. “They really do a lot for the animals there. They have well-care, daycare, grooming, training, and more.” says Gladys. At rest, Noah stays busy with his toys that hang from his crate to entertain and comfort him.
Noah is expected to make a full recovery. This would not be not possible without the love of his family and care of talented people.
Feel free to leave your wishes for Noah and his family in our comments section.
